November’s Alphabet Fitness Challenge

For the month of November, I’m mixing up the Take Home Fitness Challenge.  During the months of September and October, students were presented with five exercises and the challenge to complete the workout as many days as possible throughout the month.  Upon completing the exercises each day, students would initial a calendar which was provided for them.  Students then turned in their calendars at the end of the month to receive an award.  See October’s Fall Fitness Challenge for an example.

For November, I’m about to present the Alphabet Fitness Challenge.  See the pictures below for details.

My hope is for students and families to discuss the word of the day, and how it relates to health and wellness.  Click alphabet-fitness-challenge-nov for a copy of the challenge.
